Supported dates: 1 January 2026–31 December 2027. Calendar beliefs differ across regions and traditions. This is not a prediction, a guarantee, or a complete schedule for every shrine and temple. Check the institution’s current announcement before attending.

Konpira devotion has been transmitted at both Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples. Follow the connections among names while checking which institution’s account is being described.

Konpira Daigongen at Hashikuraji

Hashikuraji connects Konpira Daigongen with Kubira, one of Yakushi’s Twelve Divine Generals. The introduction to Kubira explains this Buddhist guardian’s background and mantra.

The deities of Kotohiragū

Present-day Kotohiragū enshrines Ōmononushi and Emperor Sutoku. Its enshrined figures are distinguished from Hashikuraji’s account; the entirety of Konpira devotion is not replaced by one figure.

The tenth-of-the-month observance

This introduces Konpira-sama’s monthly tenth-day observance in Shōbōin’s table. It does not assign the same observance or practice to every related deity or Buddha.
